Despite being so close to talking myself out of it, I talked myself into a quick 5km run. Totally worth it and my legs have that lovely & good sleepy feeling now. So, 10km for the week already!
Still going strong on the cleanse. I ate a huge dinner of field green salad with avocado in a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper with a chicken breast stuffed with basil, spinach & roasted red peppers. Seriously, who knew you could eat so well on a cleanse?
